Hours & Access
Our team is available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Office tenants may use the space outside of business hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays, provided arrangements are confirmed in advance.
Parking
Ample municipal parking is available nearby, along with monthly and annual reserved stalls. After 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and on weekends, Kukui Hub has four reserved parking stalls conveniently close to the space.
Security
The front entrance is securely locked at all times, with access controlled through key or keypad entry. Kukui Plaza provides 24/7 building security — giving you peace of mind at any hour.

Guests & clients — Welcome at no additional charge.

Cancellation — 24 hours’ notice required. Less than 24 hours is eligible for a 50% refund.

Pets — At this time, we do not allow pets in the space.

Business types — Kukui Hub is a focused, professional environment. We do not accommodate businesses requiring extensive sanitation or those that would significantly disrupt the shared space, including tattoo parlors, massage services, and personal care services.

IT support — Basic IT support is available. Complex issues are escalated to our IT team.
