Kukui Hub was founded by Sanjay Mirchandani, born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaiʻi.

Sanjay’s journey began in a shared workspace, where he launched Talent HR Solutions in 2003. What started as a small HR/Payroll operation grew into a successful firm with a remarkable 20-year track record — shaped by firsthand experience of how much the right workspace can influence focus, growth, and connection.

After years of working in traditional offices and large coworking environments, Sanjay saw what was missing: personalization, flexibility, and a genuine human touch. Kukui Hub was created to offer a boutique, thoughtfully designed workspace where people feel supported — not lost in the crowd.

Inspired by the kukui tree — a symbol of light and guidance in HawaiÊ»i — Kukui Hub exists to support focus, growth, and meaningful work.
